Refund policy

Many of the items sold on Fussbudget.com are custom made or made to order.  Custom made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fussbudget.  We do accept returns on some of the furniture, but shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please contact us prior to shipping to receive a return number.  

To be eligible for a return, you must report the item damaged within 5 days of receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item is delivered damaged or defective, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately via email fussy@fussbudget.com, so that we may determine the best course of action. Please include your name, order number, a description of the problem and whether the shipping carton was damaged. We are unable to accept a return on any custom made merchandise.

Returns for any other reason, must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your order. You may return for a merchandise refund, any unused toy provided that it is in its original condition and has all its accessories. Some of our vendors charge us up to 25% restocking fee. Please notify us prior to returning an item - some items will return directly to the manufacturer. Please wrap the items securely, place a copy of the invoice (noting which items are being returned and why) inside the carton, and send your package to the address noted on your invoice using the mail carrier of your choice.

Fussbudget does not refund actual shipping charges or pay for return shipping costs. Some of our items feature Free Shipping. If for any reason you need to return an item that had Free Shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item cost (less any applicable re-stocking fees) minus the actual shipping costs.
